Pelvic Health

Heather is trained to treat women’s health needs including: urinary and bowel incontinence, urge incontinence, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, diastisis recti, perineal and cesarean scar tissue, prolapse, constipation issues, among others.

Prenatal and Postpartum care:

Heather is especially passionate about prenatal and postpartum care. She believes PT should be included as a standard of practice for postpartum recovery. She is offering in home care for newly postpartum patients so they don’t have to worry about the stress of leaving home.

All of our physical therapists are trained to treat musculoskeletal injuries for every joint in the body from head to toe. We use hands on treatment, exercise, and functional movement training to help patients accomplish their goals.
